Early Childhood PTEP

Degree Requirements - 123-124 Credits (minimum)

Early Childhood Education PTEP will prepare teacher candidates to serve an early childhood population (ages birth through 8) in a variety of settings, and lead to state licensure in early childhood education. The degree and PTEP are offered jointly with AIMS Community College. Students in this program will take courses at AIMS and UNC.

Admissions

Candidates will be selected through a formal application process. 2.75 GPA is required. Work experience and recommendations will be considered.
